Meet the Founders of Nimblefeet Therapy Centre
At Nimblefeet Therapy Centre, we are driven by a shared passion for helping children and adults overcome developmental and physical challenges. Founded in 2021 by Anu Gupta and Ankita Gupta, our clinic is dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based therapy that promotes independence, mobility, and overall well-being.
Anu Gupta
RCI Licensed Developmental Therapist
With over 20 years of experience, Anu Gupta is a highly skilled Developmental Therapist, specializing in early intervention for children with developmental delays and disorders. She has worked extensively in NGOs, private clinics, and hospitals, ensuring that children receive the support they need to thrive.
Her professional journey includes:
✔ Consultant Developmental Therapist at ASTHA – Supporting children with special needs through early intervention programs.
✔ ASHA HAI Clinic– Providing individualized therapy for children with developmental challenges.
✔ Sitaram Bhartia Hospital– Working in the Child and Developmental Clinic, helping children with neurological and genetic disorders.
Anu’s approach integrates occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech & language therapy, ensuring holistic progress for children rather than isolated treatment. Her expertise includes speech and cognitive delays, sensory processing disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, and social-behavioral challenges. She has also contributed significantly to community-based rehabilitation programs, working with NGOs to improve access to early intervention services.
Ankita Gupta
Licensed Physiotherapist

Ankita Gupta, a Licensed Physiotherapist, brings over 2.5 years of experience in neurological, musculoskeletal (MSK), orthopaedic, and paediatric rehabilitation. She holds a Master’s in Physiotherapy (Neurology) from Indraprastha University, Delhi, and a master’s in public health from the University of East London, UK.
With a career spanning private clinics, hospitals, and the Royal Air Force (Ministry of Defence, UK), Ankita has worked with patients recovering from neurological conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease, as well as orthopaedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports injuries. Her expertise also extends to paediatric physiotherapy, where she designs therapy programs for children with developmental delays, cerebral palsy, ADHD, autism, and Down syndrome.
Ankita has held key positions, including:
✔ Band 6 MOD Physiotherapist at HCRG (UK) – Specializing in MSK rehabilitation for military personnel.
✔ Physiotherapist at Brightwell Physiotherapy (UK) – Managing complex orthopedic and neurological cases.
✔ Clinical Internship at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital (India) – Gaining hands-on experience in ICU, neurology, and pediatric rehabilitation.
With her certifications, Ankita remains committed to the highest standards of physiotherapy practice, continuously updating her knowledge to align with the latest advancements in rehabilitation science.
